Winter Berry Salad: arugula, spinach, sliced almonds, blackberries, feta, with champagne vinaigrette
Surf and Turf: Seared scallops with compound roasted garlic butter and broiled medium rare rib-eye
Homemade Dark Chocolate Pudding: vegan with almond milk
