Happy Valentine’s Day from The Yellow Brick House! Beautiful roses and a lovely dinner. Sounds like a fantastic time for a very special day!

We made an amazing 3 course dinner:

Winter Berry Salad: arugula, spinach, sliced almonds, blackberries, feta, with champagne vinaigrette

Surf and Turf: Seared scallops with compound roasted garlic butter and broiled medium rare rib-eye

Homemade Dark Chocolate Pudding: vegan with almond milk
